No Call No Show Policy:
1. We value your time and strive to provide excellent service at our barbershop. To ensure the smooth operation of our appointments and accommodate our clients effectively, we have implemented a No Call No Show policy.
2. A No Call No Show is defined as a client who fails to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice and does not contact the barbershop to cancel or reschedule.
3. In the event of a No Call No Show:
a. First Offense: A verbal warning will be issued to the client, reminding them of the importance of notifying the barbershop if they are unable to make their appointment.
b. Second Offense: The client's future appointments may be subject to a prepayment requirement. They will be informed of this change during the booking process.
4. Please understand that our barbers dedicate their time and expertise to each appointment, and a No Call No Show not only affects their schedule but also denies another client the opportunity to be serviced.
5. We encourage all clients to provide at least 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be on our waiting list.
6. Exceptions to the No Call No Show policy may be made in cases of emergencies or extenuating circumstances. We kindly request that you contact us as soon as possible to discuss any such situations.
